Halloween Treat Bags

I'm half way there! I had the idea to do Halloween treat bags for the boys to give their classmates when I was in Atlanta. Bought all the stuff to make them, and then I made about 20 of them, but I ended up giving them to my friends at the Heritage Crop. I thought it would be a good idea for them in case they wanted to make some for their friends. I got the idea from CK magazine. I had not really given it another thought until Shan called to ask if I was still doing the treats for the children. I immediately went to work and did half of them, so I can get them in the mail this week. Here are the one's I've done so far. (Click on the image to get a closer look.)

Don't forget to check out the newest Simple Scrapbooks magazine where you will see two of my layouts. You can also check out my Heritage questionnaire here.

Building Sand Castles

This was before Ike.
These photos of grandchildren Auria and Jordan were taken at a beach outing to Galveston this past summer. We had not gone to Galveston in years! We are fortunate to have such pleasant memories of the Island before Hurricane Ike.
